We offer both Standard, Rural, Click and Collect and Free Shipping* services in NZ. All New Zealand orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Auckland via Post Haste.
Some services may not be available during busy times.
Order in time for Christmas
If you place your order by these dates we'll pack and dispatch it right away to give our courier partners plenty of time to deliver before Christmas.

Delivery times may vary depending on public holidays and during peak holidays or sale seasons. Some rural deliveries may take longer. We do not accept PO Box or Parcel locker addresses.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in unused condition with their original packaging
- Returned goods must be in un-used condition with packaging and order confirmation included.
- Returns will be processed within 3–7 business days once received
- We cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty
- The customer is responsible for return shipping

Please note, with Mystery Boxes, Black Friday or Factory Sale purchases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or change of address.
Damaged Items
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from its journey to you. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us here and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.
Cancelled Orders
You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Contact us here
