Instructions For Use

Ensure you have purchased an ECOYA Fragrance Flask. Remove lid from the Fragrance Flask and insert into the base of the Plug-In Diffuser. Plug into an upright wall socket and switch on power. Ensure the fragrance flask is kept vertical at all times. In case of spillage, wipe surface immediately with damp soft cloth.

Keep away from flames and out of the way of children and pets. Do not swallow if ingestion of fragrance pod does occur. Rinse mouth with water and seek medical advice. Avoid fragrance pod from contacting skin. If extended contact does occur, rinse thoroughly with soap and water.

Are The Plug-In Diffusers & Fragrance Flasks Sold Separately?

Currently, the Plug-In diffuser and Fragrance Flasks are sold separately to give you the flexibility to customise your fragrance whenever you like.

How Long Can I Leave My Plug-In Diffuser On?

As outlined in our safety guidelines (available online and on our packaging), we recommend using the device for a maximum of 6 hours at a time. This prevents overheating, which can impact diffusion and fragrance throw.

How Do I Use The Plug-In And Fragrance Flask?

Before starting, remove the white cap on the Fragrance Flask and slide the Flask into place until you hear a ‘click.’

The Plug-In Diffuser unit should be plugged directly into a wall socket and not used with extension plugs or cords.

Leave your Plug-In Diffuser on for 1 hour initially to allow the wick to fully absorb the fragrance.

For safety and optimal use, please only run your Plug-In Diffuser for a maximum of 6 hours at a time and ensure it’s in a well-ventilated space.

Is It Safe For Pets?

Our fragrances are phthalate-free, making them safe for pets! However, some pets can have allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients just like people. Hi there I just purchased the bundle but there is no smell at all, have I done something wrong? I took off the cap, clipped it in then plugged it in.. there’s been no smell at all come from it, any advice be appreciated: Hi Tarn, thank you so much for your question! How many square meters does the plugin diffuser cover?. I have a 3 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms ans a living, dining and kitchen open plan.: Hi Laurian, thank you for your question! Our Plug-In Diffuser is best suited for medium to large rooms with adequate ventilation. It’s designed to gently fragrance your space, and for the best experience, we recommend using it in open or well-ventilated areas i.e. lounge, kitchen. The placement and airflow will impact how the fragrance travels throughout your home. Depending on the bedroom size, we would recommend one for each room. Can you refill the flask with your refill bags or must we buy a new flask every time?: Hi Cheryl! Thank you for your question, the diffusion process for our Reed Diffuser vs our Plug-In Diffuser is quite different, so unfortunately, the refills aren’t interchangeable. The liquid compositions are different due to the diffusing methods and one is more concentrated than the other so tempering with the Flask could cause issues with the Plug-In unit. Although, our Fragrance Flasks are considered a refill option - I will pass this feedback on to our product development team.
