Keep your Fragranced Diffuser away from drafts (doorways, windows, aircon). This will ensure your reed diffuser reaches its full life expectancy.
There is no need to turn the reeds in your diffuser. The natural reeds will absorb the oil and fill your room with a long lasting fragrance, so there is no need to turn your reeds.

Behind Our Fragrances
Our Fragrances Speak of Australasia
Renowned for our natural soy wax candles, offering the most luxurious home fragrance experience is what we were born from.
Crafted from natural soy wax, derived from soybeans, and pure lead free 100% cotton wicks, ECOYA candles blend luxuriousness with that respect for nature.
ECOYA candles burn longer, cooler and cleaner than a comparable paraffin candle. Natural waxes produces about a tenth of the soot produced by a paraffin candle and does not contain any of the toxic chemicals.
Guided by leading perfumers and fragrance experts, our iconic collection of fragrances transforms raw nature into perfumes that are rich, rare and evocative.
From our roots formulating our very first fragrances – combining sweet fruits with musk, vanilla with white florals and developing our core ECOYA collection, we have been committed to the craft.
From the success of those very first trials, what ended up being our best-selling French Pear, Lotus Flower and Sweet Pea & Jasmine fragrances, our perfumers have developed an archive of thousands of fragrances, a living library that’s ever-growing.
Founded and nurtured in Botany Bay Australia, designed in Auckland New Zealand and handcrafted Australia
Australasia has been our home from the beginning and this distinctly Australasian character is both our heritage and at the heart of everything we do today.
From our creative direction through to production, we remain inspired by our Australasian region at large.
From alpines to archipelagoes, city to sea – It is our heart, our home and our heritage. It’s rare rugged beauty and endlessly rich variety calls for adventure and discovery, and we travel the landscape for inspiration, refining its raw beauty into beautiful sensory moments.
The sheer delicious variety of fragrances, botanical bases and locations surrounding us gives us the freedom to create unique and beautiful fragrances.
