DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched (within 1-3 business days) and a tracking number has been received, you can expect your order to be delivered within the following timeframes:
STANDARD FLAT RATE - $10.99
- Auckland - delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch
- North Island - delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch
- South Island - delivered within 2-5 business days after dispatch
RURAL - $15.99
- Please allow a further 2-4 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on public holidays and during peak holidays or sale seasons. Some rural deliveries may take longer. We do not accept PO Box or Parcel locker addresses.
